If you let your users bring their own devices, and store company data like email, you should know about Apple’s latest iOS security vulnerability. BGR reports that Apple’s latest iOS update 6.1.3 released on Tuesday contains a security bug that allows the passcode security on an iPhone to be bypassed, granting unauthorized access to the address book and photos stored on the device. Ironically the 6.1.3 update was released in part to fix a similar, pin-bypassing security issue. Check out the source link to see a video demonstration of the vulnerability and to read the full report.
