Part 1: Framing the Problem
Sometimes it is hard to see the forest through the trees. In this session Brad will start by the process involved when establishing the current pain points, practices and processes in place within a business that is trying to move forward in its goal for going from ungoverned to governed.
Part 2: Solving the Problem
In the second session Brad will address the issues discovered in part 1 and then discuss ways that the business can change its methods , design and processes in order to move to the compliant standards required. Establishing the required level of control is not always straight forward and this session will show you real world examples of how to turn the ungoverned to a governed and uncontrolled to a governed and compliant system in a regulated industry.
